QOL:

- Can drag items around the hotbar to rearrange them

- Border on held item in the hotbar

- Click blank space outside of object browser to close

- Name readout in browser

- Windowed/Fullscreen Toggle button - will look into more refined windowing options down the line (windowed fullscreen etc.)

Bugs:

- Cards will no longer linger offset when dragging empty slots

- Dropper/Eraser icons are no longer inverted when manually clicking them as buttons

- Small ice grass variants now display correct sprites in level editor

- Card browser info popout now correctly matches the state of the toggle button

- Edge Pan toggle re-enabled

- Returning to the level editor while the settings menu is open will now close the menu

- Floating grass will no longer appear in game as a result of invisible tiles placed in the old editor (the invisible tiles no longer save)
